Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the ConfiCast service (the "Service"), available as a web application and as a desktop application.
The service provider is Grawires Jakub Sikora, ul. Solarza 23/8, 35-118 Rzeszów, Poland, VAT ID: PL813-350-78-77, contact email: grawires@gmail.com (the "Provider").
Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions and scope of the service
The Service provides a tool to help prepare for job interviews: real-time conversation transcription and AI-generated prompts and conversation summaries.
The Service is available in a free plan (with limited functionality/usage limits) and in paid plans, including recurring subscriptions and a one-time top-up called "Interview Pass" — the detailed scope and pricing of each plan is available on the Pricing page.
3. Terms of use
The Service may be used by a person with full legal capacity who holds a Google account used for login.
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice, in particular not to use it for purposes inconsistent with its intended use, not to attempt to compromise the security of the Service, and not to infringe the rights of third parties (including copyright and personal rights of other participants in an interview recorded via the Service).
The user is solely responsible for obtaining the other party's consent to transcription/recording of a conversation, where such consent is required under the law applicable to that conversation.
4. Paid plans, payments and Interview Pass
Prices for plans and Interview Pass are listed in the Service's pricing page and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment operator. The Provider does not store full payment card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period unless cancelled before it starts. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the account settings in the Service and cancellation stops further charges from the next billing period — access to the paid plan's features remains active until the end of the current, already-paid period.
Interview Pass is a one-time top-up with a defined scope (e.g. number of sessions/hours) and does not renew automatically.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under Polish consumer law (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing a paid plan or Interview Pass, you agree to the immediate start of the digital service and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal from that moment. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Service or billing can be submitted to grawires@gmail.com, including a description of the issue and information identifying your account.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running continuously and without interruption, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (in particular during maintenance work or failures of third-party providers, e.g. AI/STT services).
AI-generated prompts and summaries are provided for assistance only and may contain errors — the Provider is not liable for decisions made solely on their basis.
The Provider is not responsible for the content of conversations conducted by the user or for how they are used.
8. Account and its deletion
The user may delete their account at any time from the Service settings, which results in deletion of associated data, subject to data the Provider is required to retain under applicable law (e.g. billing records).
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete a user's account in case of violation of these Terms or the law.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms, in particular in connection with changes to the scope of services or the law. Users will be informed of material changes with reasonable notice via the Service or by email.
10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law; consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.
