On web, the browser shows the standard tab-sharing bar — same as any screen share. The desktop version also offers stealth mode (hides the window from screen-capture software), always on top (keeps the window pinned above your other apps), and adjustable window transparency.
Yes — transcription and assistant answers work in both Polish and English.
No. Transcription runs in the cloud, so the load on your hardware is minimal — a browser and a stable connection are enough.
We save the transcript and question history to your account so you can revisit them. You can delete any session with one click — deletion is permanent.
Yes, cancel your subscription anytime — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account switches back to Free.
Only if you tell them. ConfiCast does not join your calls or announce anything, so you are responsible for informing participants and getting their consent where it is required — the same as when you record a call any other way.
Any call you can hear on your computer — Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack huddles and more — captured through the browser or the desktop app together with your microphone.
No. AI Notes records from your own device, so there is no extra participant in the call and nothing for the other side to admit or remove.
Transcripts, notes, tasks and knowledge entries are stored in your account and are visible only to you. Audio is never stored — only the text. You can delete a session or a whole workspace at any time.
Yes. Each workspace belongs to your account and is not shared with other users. Text is sent to AI providers only to answer your request, and is not used to train models.
