Credits are one balance for everything that uses AI in ConfiCast: transcription, assistant answers, reports, key points and generated notes. Each operation uses a fixed number of credits, so you always know what things cost — and you decide what to spend them on.
Yes. Both apps share one balance. Credits you do not use while preparing for interviews are there for your meetings in AI Notes — and the other way round.
Transcription and AI features stop until you top up with a credit pack or move to a higher plan. You lose nothing — your sessions, notes and history stay. Your balance is always visible in the app, so it never comes as a surprise.
Plan credits are valid until the end of the billing period and do not carry over. Free welcome credits do not expire. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Yes. Cancel your subscription with one click in your account — the plan and its credits stay active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free.
